Welcome to Koima Bespoke. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of koimabespoke.com and the services provided by Koima Bespoke. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
Koima Bespoke provides custom clothing, tailoring, alterations, styling, and related services. Because much of our work is individually designed and made for each client, specific pricing, timelines, materials, design details, and fitting requirements may vary from order to order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline a project based on availability, timing, feasibility, or other business considerations.
Consultations & Appointments
Koima Bespoke operates by appointment only. Appointments may include consultations, measurements, fittings, garment pickup, alterations, or other services.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment.
Custom Orders
Every custom garment is made specifically for the individual client. Before and during the creation process, clients may be asked to approve fabrics, colors, design elements, measurements, and other garment details.
Clients are responsible for reviewing selections and communicating any questions or requested changes as early as possible. Changes requested after materials have been purchased or construction has begun may not be possible and may result in additional charges or changes to the estimated completion date.
Measurements & Fittings
Accurate measurements and fittings are essential to the custom clothing process. When possible, Koima Bespoke will take the client's measurements and conduct fittings in person. Clients who cannot attend in-person fittings may provide measurements taken elsewhere. We strongly recommend that these measurements be taken by an experienced professional tailor.
Koima Bespoke cannot guarantee the fit of a garment when measurements are provided by the client or a third party. Additional alterations resulting from inaccurate third-party measurements may incur additional charges.
Body measurements can change over time. Clients should inform us of significant changes that could affect the fit of a garment while an order is in progress.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for custom garments and services varies based on factors including garment type, fabric, materials, design, customization, and complexity.
Pricing and applicable payment requirements will be communicated before work begins. Additional charges may apply when a client requests changes after an order has been approved or construction has begun.
Completion Dates & Rush Orders
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may vary depending on garment complexity, fabric or material availability, fitting requirements, requested changes, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Clients ordering for a wedding, event, travel date, or other time-sensitive occasion are responsible for communicating that date before placing an order.
Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion when our schedule allows and may be subject to an additional fee.
Custom Garments: Final Sale
Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing, all custom garment sales are final. Custom garments cannot be returned or exchanged, and payments for completed custom garments are nonrefundable.
Our complete Return & Refund Policy provides additional information regarding custom garments, fit adjustments, alterations, and concerns with completed work.
Alterations
Koima Bespoke offers alterations for both Koima Bespoke garments and clothing made or purchased elsewhere.
The feasibility and outcome of an alteration depend on the garment's fabric, construction, condition, available seam allowance, and other factors. We will discuss what we reasonably believe can be achieved before beginning the work, but some limitations may not become apparent until a garment is opened or alteration work has begun.
Fees for alteration services are nonrefundable once work has begun.
Fabrics & Materials
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent fabrics, colors, patterns, and other materials. However, colors and textures may appear differently on screens than they do in person.
Availability of particular fabrics and materials may change. If a selected material becomes unavailable before it is purchased or used, we will work with the client to identify an appropriate alternative.
One-of-a-Kind Designs
Many Koima Bespoke garments are unique, one-of-one creations. Garments displayed on our website, social media, or other marketing materials may have been created for a particular client or may no longer be available for purchase.
Photographs and previous designs may be used as inspiration for future custom work, but we do not guarantee that a previously created garment can or will be reproduced exactly.

Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, your order, or our services, please contact Koima Bespoke using the contact information provided on our website.
At Koima Bespoke, every custom garment is created specifically for the individual client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom garments.
We take great care throughout the consultation, measurement, design, and fitting process to ensure that we understand your preferences and expectations before your garment is completed. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving fabric selections, design details, and other customizations during this process.
Fit & Alterations
For local clients, fittings are an important part of the bespoke process and allow us to make adjustments as your garment takes shape. If additional adjustments are needed to achieve the agreed-upon fit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the garment and determine the appropriate alterations.
For clients who are unable to attend in-person fittings, accurate measurements are especially important. We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor. Koima Bespoke cannot guarantee fit when measurements are provided by the client or a third party.
Alteration Services
Fees paid for alteration services are nonrefundable once work has begun. Because the outcome of an alteration can be affected by the garment's original construction, fabric, available seam allowance, and other factors outside our control, we will discuss what can reasonably be achieved before beginning the work.
Issues With Your Order
If you believe there is a problem with your completed custom garment or the workmanship does not reflect what was agreed upon, please contact us promptly. We want you to be happy with the work we create and will review the concern with you to determine an appropriate solution.
By placing a custom order or authorizing alteration work with Koima Bespoke, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
